Traveling Vintage

lodekka dress shop, wanderlust mobile shop1
On Sunday, Vanessa and I went up to check out a couple of cute mobile vintage shops set up in North Portland. Lodekka Double Decker Dress Shop shares a space with Wanderlust Mobile Shop, and the two stores house a great selection of vintage clothing (for women AND men!), housewares, and handmade goods. The outdoor space is set up so warm and inviting that we ended up talking to owners Erin (Lodekka) and Vanessa (Wanderlust) for a really long time. They are very sweet and kind women who were easy to talk with and who really know their stuff! I bought a neat wooden ring and a 1950's dress like I've never seen before, which I'm excited to wear soon!

You can visit both of these shops on N. Williams Ave (click here for a map), and here are the blogs for Wanderlust and Lodekka. I really hope you can pay them a visit if you're in town, you won't be sorry!

  1. OH, soooo cool! I have been dying to hit up a vintage clothing truck...but here in Nashville, the closest thing we've got is the ice cream man. I think I need a road trip! Thank you for sharing!
